on all web purchases over $400.
This offer applies to good shipped within North America
only. This
offer is not valid at Snowflake stores.
Holiday Shipping Deadlines
US and Canadian orders processed by December 12th
will make it in time for the holidays.
International orders must be processed by December
5th.
Orders placed after these dates will needing to arrive
in time for the holidays will be subject to additional

Shipping Methods
Snowflake ships all items express post by Canada Post. All items are insured.
Order Tracking
To determine the status of your order, e-mail: Christine@snowflakecanada.com. In your e-mail, include your order date, name, and billing address. We'll acknowledge your e-mail upon receipt and provide you with a status report within 1 business day.
Duty
Customers are responsible for paying any taxes or
duty charged by their country of residence.
All Canadian made furs and leathers are tax and duty
free when shipped to the United States.
Miscellaneous
Snowflake cannot guarantee delivery times of goods being shipped out of Canada.
